Zipaworld was launched in September 2020 by AAA2 Innovate Pvt Ltd, a Noida-based parent company established just three months earlier. The timing was strategic. As a product-forward logistics startup in India, we recognized that the pandemic had exposed the biggest vulnerability in the logistics sector — its dependence on physical, manual, and fragmented processes.

We launched automated air cargo booking, and within weeks, pharma manufacturers, traders, and small freight forwarding companies were onboard — booking shipments, generating documents, and making payments, all digitally.
